The Studebaker Truck Page

Studebaker Trucks

Welcome to the site devoted to Studebaker trucks. Based out of South Bend, Indiana, Studebaker was one of the largest American independent automobile manufacturers. Many famous cars rolled off its assembly line such as the Commander, Hawk, Lark, and Avanti to name a few. Many trucks were also produced during its years of production from the very early 1900's until 1964. Two years later in 1966, Studebaker ended all of it's automobile production leaving behind an automotive legacy.

Studebaker manufactured many different types of trucks throughout its history. The very first trucks produced were electric. Then many styles and uses evolved which ended up as panel delivery cars, step vans, stake trucks, fire trucks, buses, ambulances, dump trucks, oil tankers, tractor trucks, military trucks, four wheel drive trucks, tow trucks, diesels, postal vans, pickup trucks, etc... An overview of the models can be found on this site.

Most Stude (Stew-dee) trucks are long gone and are rare to see today. This site is dedicated to all the Stude truck owners and enthusiasts worldwide.
